The Master bedroom with a queen size bed opens to a screened lanai overlooking a natural mangrove preserve filled with wildlife, a quiet setting for your island escape. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your screened balcony! The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. If you have a larger family, the living room has a full size pullout sofa. The kitchen is completely renovated and fully equipped. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils that you can use to prepare fabulous meals. Simple yet sophisticated decor creates a bright and inviting atmosphere with flatscreen TVs in the living room and a guest bedroom as well as free WiFi. This turnkey condo offers tile floors, washer and dryer, granite countertops and a convenient stop-in shower. You'll have central AC, so kick back and relax while you sip a cold beverage, read a book, or take an afternoon nap. Covered parking is available for two cars.The downstairs closet (located in the carport) has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and all kinds of beach toys for our guests to enjoy. All linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

Right in front of the complex, you can board the free trolley and experience wonderful restaurants, shopping and island life. Bike, drive, or take the trolley to the shops and restaurants in the City of Anna Maria just to the north. Quaint Bridge Street and its pier are just a little further to the south. Holmes Beach offers a choice of sixteen restaurants, unique coastal shops, boating and fishing charters and a marina. Shopping on Pine Ave is not to be missed, along with art galleries and the live theater. Just a short drive away, experience the splendor of the Ringling Museum in Sarasota and get up close and personal with Florida wildlife at the Sarasota Jungle Gardens. While visiting, make sure to head over to the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium and meet some beautiful marine animals and fish. Discover fine shops surrounded by the tropical setting of St. Armand's Circle. Great place for shopping and dining!
